Lissette Reynoso - Owner/Baker

I’m Lissette from Food for the Soul by LR. Making sourdough bread is my business, and I bake and sell my breads every week at farmers markets. I’m part of four farmers markets, and I’ve made thousands and thousands of sourdough loaves for my customers over the years.

Sourdough is one of my favorite things to make because it uses simple ingredients, natural fermentation, and time. In my workshops, I love showing people that making bread at home is possible and not scary, even if you’ve never done it before.

I offer this Sourdough Workshop in three different formats so you can choose what works best for you:

Private Class
This is a one-on-one class just for you. We move at your pace, focus on your questions, and go deeper into the parts you want to learn. It’s perfect if you want personalized attention or have specific goals.

Small Group Class
You can join with friends or family in a small group. This is a fun, social way to learn together while still getting plenty of hands-on practice and individual help. Great for couples, friends, or small gatherings.

Bring-Your-Own (Social Workshop Style)
For group classes, you are welcome to bring your own drink and a small snack to enjoy during class. I will provide fresh sourdough bread to taste, so it feels like a relaxed and fun workshop, not a formal classroom.

All classes are hands-on, beginner friendly, and include step-by-step guidance plus access to my WhatsApp troubleshooting group after class for continued support.
