We are currently hiring for the upcoming farmers market season and looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team. This is a hands-on role in a small, from-scratch sourdough bakery where quality and consistency matter. You will be assisting with production, packing, and representing the brand at local farmers markets, so you must be comfortable working on your feet, interacting with customers, and handling early mornings. No experience is required, but you must have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in baking and clean, high-quality food. Hands-on role inside a from-scratch sourdough bakery.

Responsibilities:

  • Prep ingredients and assist with dough mixing and shaping

  • Keep kitchen clean and organized

  • Pack orders and help with production

Requirements:

  • Enjoy baking and willing to learn (no experience needed)

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Comfortable working on your feet

Farmers Market Employee

Farmers Market Employee – Part Time (Ridgefield, CT)
Seasonal: June to October

Customer-facing role at local Farmers Markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and break down market booth

  • Sell products and handle payments

  • Interact with customers and represent the brand

  • Transport products to and from markets

Requirements:

  • Must have a car and be able to drive

  • Friendly, confident, and good with people

  • Reliable and on time (non-negotiable)

  • Able to lift, carry, and stay active during market hours
